The Recovery Room is a professional window covering and upholstery studio in Fayston, Vermont, located in the Mad River Valley in north central Vermont.  Since 1989, owner, Freddie Graves, has served clients in Burlington, Stowe, Montpelier, Waterbury, Shelburne, Richmond, Charlotte, Waitsfield, Warren, Moretown, Middlesex, Killington and the surrounding areas of Vermont.  Freddie is a window treatment expert and a motorization specialist.  The Recovery Room offers Hunter Douglas shades and blinds, custom draperies and window treatments for your home and office, as well as furniture upholstery, slipcovers, bedding, pillows, and more.  We help clients and designers from ideas to installation.   Fabrics we offer include Sanderson, Morris, Kravet, Cofax and Fowler, to name a few.  We are active members of the National Upholsterers Association, and Freddie currently serves as President of the Window Coverings Association of America, Eastern Massachusetts chapter.  Our clients appreciate our quality handmade products, the precision of our craftsmanship, and our fun-loving nature.
